You will start off with a warm up, skipping, shadow boxing, and circuits, you can be sure you will sweat; a lot! Train like a fighter in our fitness and boxing classes and learn some new skills.

Our classes are for all ages & abilities so you’ll receive a lot of one to one support from our coaches. We guarantee you will come away feeling like you’ve pushed yourself and are proud of it.

No, you don’t have to have any previous experience, we welcome all abilities from beginner to the most seasoned professional.

Yes you will learn to box, learning box from proper qualified Amateur & professional coaches, coaching from experience. Boxing is not learn though over one lesson, so please give at least 6 months to sell the results.

Not unless you join a sparring session where you should expect full contact. In a Boxing Session the coach will occasionally have you practicing drills with each other and you are practicing those reaction skills.

With have a good mix of male and female members, boxing is very popular and is one sport that is inclusive enjoyable for all.

We provide gloves to use on your trial only, and sell wraps for £7, We do sell gloves that are appropriate for Amateur & Professional Boxing,and it’s always nice to have your own. If sparring or competing as an Amateur, White Collar or professional  you will require a groin guard & head guard & gumshield. This can all be purchased from our shop at a discounted rate.

Yes we have lovely shower, the shower is for personal 1-2-1 clients who maybe travelling to work after their session or for Adults after a hard training class. We have a changing area to store bags, coats and toilets.

Any loose fitting clothes or sports wear, clean trainers or boxing boots, boxing boots are permitted to do sparring.

DON’T BE LATE. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your session, get your mind right, wraps on, and get ready for your session, if you are late let your CIA  know when you arrive.

There is good public transport links, Hayes train station has direct links to West Wickham, Beckenham, Catford, Lewisham and London Bridge. There are bus routes coming in from across the Bromley Borough 314, 138, 119, 246, 638 – the bus stop is located outside the boxing club. There is also a large car park at the rear of the boxing club which free after 6:30pm and on street parking.
